Your files

You must own the files you upload or have permission to process them. You keep all rights to your files and results.

You may not use the service to remove other people's copyright or source notices, to get around access restrictions set by others, or for anything else that infringes rights. We may stop serving accounts that do.

Prices and payment

The price shown before you start is the price you pay. Single payments cover one task. Credits are used in this order: plan credits, compensation credits, then pack credits.

Plans renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time from the billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Credits

Plan credits expire at the end of each billing period. Pack credits don't expire while your account is open.

Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.

Results

We check results before delivering them. If a task fails or the result doesn't pass our checks, you aren't charged for it.

Download your results while they're available. Expired results are deleted and can't be restored.
