Report an infringement

If you believe someone used our service to infringe your rights, for example by removing your watermark from your work, send us a notice with the form below or by email to [email protected].

Include your contact details, a description of the work, any task or order reference you have, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.

What happens next

We confirm receipt and review notices within 5 business days. User files are private and deleted on a short schedule, so we act mainly by stopping new tasks for the account concerned and keeping the evidence we hold.

We don't share other users' files or personal data in response to a notice, except where the law requires it.

Counter-notices and repeat infringers

If your account was restricted because of a notice you believe is wrong, reply to our email with your explanation. Accounts with repeated valid notices are closed.
